Chapter 3 Discussion

Developing a research question and proposal is what this chapter is about. to begin to develop your question you need to reflect on your writing situation. your thoughts about your topic as you've looked further in will change and develop, so ask yourself what and why. generating questions requires you to look at your history, the information you've already gathered, goals of the topic, ect. form research questions based on these things. after this, decide on one question that you think will help you achieve your purpose in your writing the best. Narrowing the scope of your research question to allow it to fit into your essay is helpful, you want to focus your question to be able to form a response. a research proposal is a formal presentation of plan for writing your entire paper. this goes in to detail on how to accomplish this accurately and successfully with everything you need to include.
